How do I get help with frameworks and SDKs external to Deepgram?

For questions related to the implementation of Deepgram using externally managed frameworks, libraries, tools, and SDKs, the best resource to help provide ideas and possible solutions is our Developer community hosted on Github Discussions!

As a member of our developer community, you not only have access to ask implementation-specific questions of other fellow developers and our Developer Relations team, but also engage in an environment to share what you’re working on, excited about, or looking forward to related to Deepgram or just in general 😁

An overview of the community (along with a Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines) is available here, but our general recommendation is to keep the following questions in mind to help people understand how they can help you:

  • What are you trying to accomplish with your code/script/program?

  • What is the expected behavior of your code/script/program?

  • What tool, framework, SDK, or library are you using with Deepgram?

  • What have you tried so far?

  • (If you’ve encountered an issue) What are the steps to reproduce this behavior?

  • How have you configured your development environment? (Information about your OS, interpreter/compiler version, network considerations, etc.)

**Of course, if you are confident that the question you have is related specifically to what may be an issue with our API platform and not the third-party resource, please reach out to developers@deepgram.com to contact Support!
