How can I get alerts if Deepgram is having an incident?

Deepgram's status page is maintained at https://status.deepgram.com/. There you can "Subscribe to Updates" to receive alerts should there be any active incidents with the Deepgram API or other components.

If you elect to receive updates through a webhook, Deepgram today uses Atlassian's Statuspage to send the alerts (see documentation here). To assist you with routing/interpreting the webhook alerts, the component names and IDs are listed below. Please note these are subject to changes / additions / and removal of components!
